Mini Hydra Begleri - Stainless Steel/ Acrylic Editions

Aroundsquare's Hydra Begleri are a fun yet highly capable modern adaptation of the traditional Greek multi-bead begleri. The Mini Hydra design has been praised by elite players as one of the best begleri sets available, but it is equally great for beginners and advanced players alike. There is something special about the size, shape, weight, and multi-bead configuration that makes the Mini Hydras a favourite that players keep coming back to.

The acrylic/ SS the same funky and brilliantly unique acrylic swirl material we've used in our other acrylic releases, but varied just enough that each set will be a special one of a kind experience. This edition is coming in four different vibrant colours: a bright turquoise blue, a coffee brown, a jade green and a warm orange. The stainless steel beads feature an "aroundsquare" word mark, laser etched on one side.

The combo of one acrylic bead and one ss bead on either end gives a very versatile (frankly, near perfect) weight, and has the added advantage of being swappable, meaning that you can put the SS bead out towards the knot for slower play and more control, or change the SS bead to the inner side for a lighter and nimbler feeling set and a very different play experience.
