10mm Mílos Begleri - Mixed Media Editions

With all of our other bead options, it's hard to imagine anything minimalist carving out a new space for itself between our Sigma begleri, our Hydras, our many spherical Boss beads, and the rest of our range. But the Mílos have done just that, offering a distinctive look and feel that works in a variety of setups. These apple-shaped beads are a traditional shape, and were originally modelled after our jade bodhis. In terms of weight and feel, the Mílos have a lot in common with our similarly sized spherical beads, but to the tactile and auditory connoisseurs out there, the differences will be immediately clear.

The Titanium Edition (September 2025 drop update)

The three-stack 10mm Mílos begleri have been a fan favorite since this bead design was first introduced. Its elongated multi-bead stack carries momentum beautifully while softening the impact on the knuckles compared to solid beads. The extended shape also provides extra grip during play, making manipulations more intuitive and accessible. Many players find this configuration easier for learning tricks like bead rolls, thanks to the added control and stability it offers. 

The 10mm Milos Titanium editions are precision machined from grade five titanium, and feature either a sandblasted or polished finish, with a 3mm bore. The blasted finish brings a subtle, tactile grip that feels great in the hand and develops character over time. With use, the surface gradually smooths and darkens, evolving into a sleek, tumbled-style finish.

The Standard Metal Edition

As with the Mílos MKUltras, we are offering the Mílos begleri in different setups, giving players some choice for weight, look, and feel. All of these heavy metal setups are towards the heavier end of the range we recommend, and on the thinner 2mm kevlar cord, the weight is felt. This helps with stability and control, and slows the play down. Heavier beads and lighter beads both have their benefits, and it always comes down to personal preference.

Note: The Mílos have a 3mm bore, and are designed to run on thinner cords like our 2mm kevlar cord, Sterling cord, standard 275 paracord and 550 paracord. This is different from most of our other begleri, which have either a 3.5mm or 4mm bore. It is fairly easy to work a cleanly cut and singed piece of soft 550 paracord into the Mílos, but thicker 550 will be a challenge to insert (and if this is your preference, we would recommend choosing another model).
