Aroundsquare has done various hats through the years, but most have been classic snap backs with a flat brim and structured front. One of the drawbacks of those, however, is that they don't compress or wash well, making them fairly easily ruined if you're a heavy user. That’s why we're introducing something a little different. an unstructured cap with slack for days.

The Creative Resistance Hat is the kind of cap we find ourselves reaching for every day. Made from 100% cotton with an unstructured profile, it's lightweight, comfortable, and easy to pack—ideal for travel, training, or everyday wear. It has simple, clean metal hardware instead of the usual plastic adjustment, reflecting our preference for natural, durable materials.

The distinctive artwork, created by Aroundsquare team member Will T., features what we're calling the Creative Resistance emblem. first introduced for Cut Contra 2026. It's bold without being loud, like a lot of what we do. Simple, comfortable, and made to be worn, these guys will only get better with age and use.
